The Villa The villa (constructed in 2008) has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large open plan living area incorporating the entrance hall, kitchen, lounge and dining room and its own private pool. Three of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, of which 2 are identical twin rooms and there is the master bedroom with en suite. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs is another double bedroom with en suite. All the downstairs bedrooms have patio doors that lead out to the pool area, the upstairs bedroom has doors to the front and rear both leading out to a small terrace at the front and a very large roof terrace at the rear. All four bedrooms have plenty of built in wardrobe space. As the villa is primarily the holiday home of two families and not commercially advertised for rental, it therefore now contains most of the items you need to make your stay comfortable (hopefully). You should find the cupboards stocked with essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, washing up liquid, cleaning items, loo rolls, bottled water and some tinned foods). Basically things that keep while the villa is not in use. Feel free to use these items as you would at home, all we ask is that if any item starts to run short you replenish it before you leave in order that the next visitor can start their holiday without rushing to the shops. The kitchen has a hob, oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave and a washing machine (so you can come home with clean clothes if you feel up to using it). In the living room there is a television, DVD player and CD player. All the bedrooms have plenty of towels available for you to use. Outside there are six sun loungers for use in the pool area, a table and comfortable chairs for six on the terrace (bring the cusions in at night as there is often a heavy dew) and a further table and four chairs (green plastic) in the pool area. There is also a built in BBQ available. |
